How We Work?

Independent Directors provides individual Director candidates for companies.

Retaining an individual with us involves the following:
- Companies elect one of our members to their board
- Independent Directors are compensated in a manner similar to other outside directors
- The selected individual will work with you to develop a mutually satisfactory engagement agreement
- There are no additional search fees

Selecting a Director:
New Directors must be able to work well with management and with the other board members. Therefore, companies will want to interview some or all of us as prospective candidates to ensure there is an appropriate fit.
