Myerson has extensive expertise in assisting clients with a wide variety of business and financial transactions, including public offerings, acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, commercial financing and intellectual property matters. He helps companies in capturing value from their intellectual property through licensing and sales. He is also skilled in dealing with intellectual property protection through appropriate agreements with employees, inventors and others and through overseeing the patent/trade secret process. His experience as a lawyer is broad and he is frequently used as outside general counsel for companies who do not have inside legal staff. Many of his clients manufacture, distribute and sell scientific devices.

Building international business relationships is replete with contractual, pricing, incorporation, tax and other legal issues. Myerson has worked with domestic and international clients with respect to issues involved in setting up, developing and enhancing business. He has been actively involved in attracting Western European and Canadian companies to New England. He maintains his European relationships through his membership in Galexy, an international association of lawyers.

Myerson maintains his contacts and experience in the small and emerging company arena through his membership in IdeaSphere, an organization comprised of business professionals and business service providers. IdeaSphere assists entrepreneurs in developing their ideas, expanding their business models and accelerating their development as companies.
